- O Lawro Review added: 2018.11.19★ ★ ★ ★ ★Diane's Hypnotherapy sessions are the perfect way to help any individual mentally recover from a negative state of mind. Before I started I suffered from anxiety which stopped me from doing anything outside of my comfort zone and thus limiting myself to the opportunities within the city I live. However through the sessions with Diane I have been able to change my mind set and look more positively at situations. In a safe and non judgemental atmosphere she has taught me to calm my mind and clearly think of solutions. These include techniques on how to repress any anxiety advances and consistent encouragement towards me to do the best I can. Now I always carry my 2 Hypnotherapy CD's (and recordings on my phone) and mental skills acquired from the sessions. These have allowed me to take great strides to limit the affect of anxiety I feel today. I still suffer from it here and there however my continued sessions and support whilst using the materials provided I believe I will get over my limitations sooner rather than later. I implore you to see Diane if you have similar feelings as myself as she is a lovely individual and will always seek the best for you.
